How do homebuyers know they can 'trust' a MSIP report is independent, impartial and not a report prepared by a cowboy builder or a builder friend of the seller?

We ONLY allow building reports that have been completed in accordance with MSIP to be shared and sold on CheckedOut. This provides an assurance for any home buyers that the information has been verified as impartial, independent and is without bias.

By having the property inspected through CheckedOut's MSIP process you give yourself the best chance of reselling your report should you miss out on the property for any reason.

Our MSIP service is FREE?

CheckedOut doesn't charge homebuyers for the MSIP service, it's FREE. Buyers only pay for the building inspection fee.

What does CheckedOut charge and when?

Only IF you need to resell your report on CheckedOut will you be charged a one off fee of $49 +gst.

PLUS ALL building inspection prices are passed through CheckedOut to homebuyers without any additional surcharge, fees OR margins.

OUR FREE MSIP service includes:

• Inspector vetting. We've checked Out all the building inspectors so you don't need to. We ensure all inspectors are experienced, suitably qualified and carry Professional Indemnity insurance at all times, saving you the time and the stress of deciding on the inspector.
• Inspector scheduling. We'll arrange the inspection with the agent and seller.
• Quick turnaround. The report will be available within 12 -24 hours (subject to the owner providing access)
• Independence verified. We ensure the building inspection is completed in accordance with our independence verification process- MSIP
• Resale options. You'll have access to our sharing portal for the resale of your MSIP reports to other home buyers and recover your inspection costs if you miss out on the property for any reason.
• Exclusivity. ONLY MSIP reports are shared and sold on CheckedOut's sharing Portal
