1. This Privacy Policy explains our online information practices and the way we collect and use your information.
1.1 How we Collect your personal information via CheckedOut is through the registration (personal login) process, or indirectly through payment gateway stripe(for pre authorisation only) or book a report form (when a customer buys a report copy)
1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted on our website. On some pages, you may be able to order inspections or reports, make requests, register to receive email updates. The types of personal information collected at this point include:

1.2.3 billing or invoicing information
1.3 We do not store any credit card details on CheckedOut platform. Credit card information is only used (for pre-authorisation of payment) on Stripe payment transaction platform. No credit card information is stored through/on CheckedOut website.
1.4 At the time of purchase you acknowledge and accept Stripes payment terms and conditions before a purchase is complete.
1.5 CheckedOut only stores bank account details of customers in order to refund any rebates the customer may receive via CheckedOut.
1.6 These bank account details are removed/ deleted once a 90 day period of sale has expired. CheckedOut do not share or pass on any of this information with any other party at anytime

2. How We Use Information

2.1 We may at times use the information you provide about yourself for entering or placing an order, provide you with offers and rebates, for email updates on inspections or passing on to building Inspectors /inspection companies, real estate agents or home sellers of a property you may be interested in. We do not share this information with any other outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
2.2 We may use your e-mail address to communicate with you, for example, to notify you of special offers or reports you might find of interest, if at any time you decide you do not want any further email correspondence from CheckedOut you can unsubscribe at anytime.
2.3 We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. We may also use these e-mail addresses to provide order status and order tracking information, and to respond to queries.
2.4 If you choose to register or receive information from us, or to otherwise give us personal information, we may store some or all of that personal information and use it for marketing research purposes.
2.5 After reading this privacy policy and acknowledging and accepting these terms you agree the information we collect and use is acceptable to you.

3. Consent

3.1 If you use a CheckedOut website, or conduct a transaction through CheckedOut where CheckedOut require your personal information, your consent is thereby implied to use, store your personal information as necessary to complete the sale.
3.2 Incorrect information

If CheckedOut hold information about you, you have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information. CheckedOut will provide a copy of this information as soon as practicably possible.
